COVID-19: WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT US

OUR DOORS ARE LOCKED BUT WE ARE OPEN
At this time, we are accepting appointments, but are closed to walk-in visitors. We will attempt to handle most appointments over the phone, if possible. Many documents to be signed can be emailed to you or signed electronically.
PLEASE do NOT visit our office if you or a family member are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- runny nose/congestion
- sore throat.
Instead, call to reschedule your appointment. We are screening our employees for symptoms and ask you to do the same.

If you are picking something up or dropping something off, please ring the bell and we will assist you at the door.
We will attempt to handle most appointments over the phone. Please call for an appointment.
Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after your visit.
IF YOU PREFER TO STAY IN YOUR CAR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT RATHER THAN COME INSIDE, please call our office upon your arrival and return to your car, where we will be *happy* to assist you.
SIGNING APPOINTMENTS: Our mask policy is to follow the CDC guidance based upon the COVID-19 Community Level in Gaston County. Please see our mask policy below. For the protection of our clients, staff, and their families, we will deny entry to anyone not following our mask policy. Instead, we will arrange signing in your car or reschedule.
OUR MASK POLICY:
When Gaston County, North Carolina, community level is High, masks are required for entry.
When Gaston County, North Carolina, community level is Medium or Low, masks are optional but strongly encouraged.
