Attorney Kemp A. Michael

Kemp A. Michael has been serving Gaston County and the surrounding area as a North Carolina licensed attorney for over forty years.  He graduated from Pfeiffer College in 1969 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1972.  Kemp is active in community affairs, having served fourteen years as a member and two years as the Chairman of the Gaston County Board of Education.  He was named Mount Holly Man of the Year in 2013.  He is a Rotarian and a past president of the Mount Holly Rotary Club where he has been named a Paul Harris Fellow, and attends the First United Methodist Church of Mount Holly.  He is the City Attorney for the City of Mount Holly, having held that position for the past 40 years.  He practices in the areas of real estate, elder law, wills & powers of attorney, probate estates, traffic, divorces, separation agreements, adoptions, personal injury/wrongful death, corporations & LLCs, contracts, and municipal law.
